DESCRIPTION
						The picture of a man who fights for his dreams. The teenager Grzegorz is diagnosed with autism and has been rehabilitated for many years. Contact with the boy is very difficult. The turning point in Grzegorz’s story is the encounter with a teacher who discovers that the boy is suffering from severe hearing loss and is even exceptionally gifted musically. Bartosz Blaschke’s debut film is based on a true story.

DIRECTOR
— BARTOSZ BLASCHKE (1974), Polish screenwriter, cinematographer and director. He studied at the Faculty of Radio and Television of the Silesian University in Katowice and at the Andrzej Wajda Master School of Direction in Warsaw. His directing work also includes TV and documentary Series. "Sonata" is his full-length directional debut, which was awarded the Audience Award (2021) at the PFF in Gdynia.FILMOGRAPHY
