DESCRIPTION

Poland on the eve of martial law, 1981. At the baptism of Franziska’s youngest grandson, a whole family appears for the first time in fifteen years. The sublime celebration should be an opportunity for the reconciliation of all the children of Francis. When we look at the family, we understand why it is so difficult to reach an understanding – conflicts break out again and again, for different reasons – ideologically or quite prosaically. Everyone is convinced of their rights and therefore does not have to open up to others.
