DESCRIPTION

Ursula Meier tells the story of a demanding and egocentric mother and three daughters. The blue line that separates the house, which Margaret cannot cross, is the aftermath of a dramatic event. In a family dispute, the daughter beats her mother, who partially loses her hearing due to a fall. Until the trial, the daughter has a restraining order against the family home. Film is made up of expressive female figures, each of whom is looking for a way to continue functioning. “We need the lines, but we also have to be able to cross them” – says the director.
